I acknowledge that I am not affiliated in any way with any of the following model networks, competitors, media, agency, casting directors, etc. This is not prohibited attendance if you are talent registered with a agency or network, rather it applies to the agency or contracts of these entities. I hereby grant SML his/her legal respresentitives and assigns(including but not limited to any agency, client, or publication), Irrevocable permission to publish photographs taken of me on any agreed upon locations and/or set. These images may be published in any manner, including (but not limited to) calenders, advertisements, periodicals, websites and social media platforms, Furthermore, I will hold harmless the aforementioned photograher and his/her legal representatives and assigns, from any liability by virtue of minor cropping that may be required, and color exposure shifts that may occur in reproducing my  photographs.
